Washington State Vancouver and Mount Hood Community College
After growing up in Sanger, Texas, Turner attended the University of Texas (hook 'em) where he studied sports broadcasting. While in Austin, Turner got connected to the BCM where his faith grew exponentially. He then spent a summer in Portland working for a baseball team and the Lord Who Sees broke his heart for the people in the city. As he grew nearer to graduating, he felt the Lord calling him to go back to Portland and do college ministry full time. So, after interning at the Longhorn BSM, he moved here in August 2021. Being in the PNW has unlocked all sorts of new adventures and hobbies like hiking, wildlife watching, and taking way too many pictures of Mt. Hood on a sunny day. He loves playing basketball, board games, and his fiancé Susie!
